Shipping Information

Most orders are Shipped via UPS Ground or the US Postal Service.  Customers in the upper Midwest may receive orders shipped via Speedee Delivery services.  Orders are usually processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase.  If there are any delays, we will notify you as soon as possible.  Returns and exchanges are only accepted within 30 days of purchase and the item(s) must be in original, new, condition. At this time, we only offer shipping to customers in the lower 48 states.

 

Shipping Rates:

Most orders are shipped at a flat rate of $9.95.

 

*Some items may require additional shipping charges due to their size and/or weight.  This includes mower decks, engines and other large or heavy items. If this is the case, we will contact you before shipping out your item.  You can also contact us  in advance if you have any questions.

 

 

Return Policy

Please note that the following items may not be returned:

  • Engines, short blocks, decks, electrical items, manuals, gaskets, and oil
  • Any product without all original packaging and accessories
  • Any product that exhibits physical damage

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us to request an exchange.

Refunds (if applicable)

Any return for a refund will incur a 20% restocking fee (most product exchanges are exempt from the restocking fee). The Product must be in new, unused condition. Packages returned incomplete or damaged will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse any return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if there are any issues with the item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card.

To return a qualified item, please follow these procedures:

  1. Before sending back an item, please call us first at 515-266-7944 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Mark the shipping box with your RMA number in black marker. Do not write on product or product boxes.
  3. Pack it all items including the original invoice and all other original packaging and documentation securely into a box.
  4. Ship us the the package to the address below. All returned merchandise must be sent to us pre-paid and fully insured. We will not accept COD's. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
